1. Our Commitment to Quality & Freshness: We take great care in sourcing, packing, and delivering your order. Fresh produce and perishable items are handled with the utmost attention to quality and appropriate temperature control during transit.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds:

Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, our returns policy differs from non-food items.

  • Perishable Goods (Fresh Produce, Meat, Seafood, Dairy, etc.):
    • We do not accept returns on perishable goods unless they arrive damaged, spoiled, or are clearly not as described.
    • If a perishable item is received in an unsatisfactory condition, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery. Please provide:
      • Your order number.
      • A clear description of the issue.
      • Photographic evidence of the damaged or spoiled item.
    • Upon verification, we will offer a full refund or a replacement for the affected item, at our discretion.
  • Non-Perishable Goods (Packaged dry goods, household items, beauty products, etc.):
    • You may return non-perishable goods within 1 days of delivery if they are:
      • Unopened and in their original packaging.
      • Unused and in a resalable condition.
    • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping for non-perishable items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
    • Refunds for non-perishable items will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods.
  • Incorrect / Missing Items:
    • If you receive an incorrect item or an item is missing from your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
    • Please provide your order number and details of the discrepancy.
    • We will promptly arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a refund for the missing/incorrect item.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund:

  • Items that have been opened, used, or consumed (unless faulty/spoiled).
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage after delivery.
  • Gift cards.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request:

  2. Provide Evidence: For damaged or spoiled items, clear photographs are essential.
  3. Await Instructions: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed, including return shipping details if applicable.

5. Refunds Processing:

  • Once your return (for non-perishable goods) is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [Number] business days (e.g., 5-10 business days).

  • We generally do not offer direct exchanges for grocery items unless the item received was incorrect or faulty. If you need a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (if eligible) for a refund.
